In this video, we’ll go over how to create still image ads to test on Meta. I’ll show you how to create these ads and give you a set of Canva templates that you can use to create still image ads to test. Let’s get started.

When To Use ⏰

You can use this training alongside Alpha Creative Sandbox.

If you meet the 4 criteria set out in the training, then use this training to test still image creatives and see if you can beat your control.

**Still Principles 🏛

Still image creatives** have 3 main objectives:

1) Stop the scroll → Get the prospect to stop scrolling and pay attention.

2) Build intent → Increase the prospect’s interest in you and your solution.

3) Drive the click → Get the prospect to click through to your landing page.

If you’re able to do all three of these things, then your ad is likely to work.

One thing to remember here is that your ad will be viewed together with your ad copy, your headline and your description. This means that you can make a promise or agitate a pain point using your copy, and make the image itself focused on proof and credibility.

All of the elements in your ad (the body copy, the headline, the description and the image) all work together to grab attention, build desire and drive a click.
