Tracking Your Data 📊

You need to track your data like a maniac. You need to be absolutely obsessive about data & tracking. You want to know every single data point like the back of your hand.

What it is →** How much you spent on advertising.

Where to get it → Facebook ad manager.

**Cost Per 1,000 Impressions (CPM)

What it is →** How much Facebook is charging you for 1,000 impressions.

**Unique Outbound Clicks

What it is →** How many people clicked off Facebook from your ads to your funnel.

**Unique Outbound Clickthrough Rate (CTR)

What it is →** The rate at which people are clicking on your ads.

Cost Per Unique Outbound Click (CPC)

What it is → How much you’re paying for someone to click through to your funnel.

Opt-Ins

What it is → How many people opted in after hitting your opt-in page.

Opt-In Conversion Rate (lpCVR)

What it is → The percentage of people who opted-in after hitting your opt-in page.

Where to get it → lpCVR% = (opt-ins / clicks) * 100.

Cost Per Lead

What it is → The average cost you’re paying to get a lead / opt-in.

Calls Booked

What it is → How many people booked a call in total from your ads.

What it is → The percentage of people who booked a call after watching your VSL. ****

Where to get it → vCVR% = (booked calls / opt-ins) * 100.

Cost Per Booked Call (CPBC)

What it is → How much you’re paying on average per booked call.

Where to get it → CPBC = adspend / booked calls

Show Ups

What it is → How many people actually showed up to their scheduled calls.

What it is → The percentage of people who showed up to their scheduled calls.

What it is → The total number of new clients that you closed.

What it is → The percentage of your sales calls that you actually closed.
