Ok, let’s talk about your initial account ****setup. ****Personally, I recommend starting with an account setup & structure that looks like this:

On YouTube, unlike Facebook, the best setup is to have:
I would suggest setting each cold traffic campaign to about $10/day initially then bump up to $50/day after the first week (as you’ll see we want to keep budgets low initially).
Remember, we’re not going to necessarily keep all of these campaigns on. We’re going to cut campaigns that have low clickthrough rates (CTRs) and a high cost per booked call (CPMQL).
So your daily spend will drop when you kill these campaigns.
I’d recommend starting with 2-3 hyper-targeted CSS audiences and 2-3 targeted CSS audiences when launching your account. You can refer back to Audiences & Targeting to see specifically what I mean when I say hyper-targeted vs targeted CSS audiences.
Countries 🌍
In most cases, you want to start by targeting the country you’re primarily getting clients in right now. So if your existing clients are primarily in the US, then start out targeting the US. If your clients are primarily in the UK, start out targeting the UK. So on and so forth.
