Most people think that when they’ve launched their campaigns the hard work is done. These people couldn’t be any more wrong. When you’ve launched, that’s when the work starts.
Now, it’s time to test a lot of ads and continue testing ads all the time.
Recently, a friend’s business dropped from $50k/month to $20k/month in revenue. I asked him how many ads he tested in the last year. He told me he’d tested about 10-15 ads in the last year.
If you want to make 7-8 figures, you need need to test 10 new ads a week. One full-length ad a week with 10 different hooks is 520 ads per year.
If you do the tough work that no-one wants to do (consistently), you will win.
If not, you’ll lose.
Our KPIs ✅
First, let’s quickly cover the KPIs we need to be hitting in order to scale our ads (click here).
Our single most important metric is cash in → cash out. If your cash in → cash out metric is within KPI, you should keep scaling, even if your other metrics are “out of KPI”.
If your cash in → cash out is out of KPI, then look at the secondary KPIs to troubleshoot it.
Tracking Our KPIs ✍️
You need to track your data like a maniac. You need to be absolutely fucking obsessive about data & tracking. You want to know every single data point like the back of your hand.
