The Scorpion 🦂
There’s a famous Russian Fable about a scorpion and a frog.

A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river. The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, they would both drown. Considering this, the frog agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion stings the frog, dooming them both. When the frog asks the scorpion why, the scorpion replies “it’s in my nature”.

The moral of the story is people will do all kinds of things that are against their best interests just because of impulses & instincts.
In your case, you will have habits, beliefs and patterns that you don’t even realize you have that are keeping you stuck right now. In this program, we’ll tell you to do things that you will feel resistance to, because they directly contradict your belief system.
If you have the belief that you need 5 products, you’re probably still reluctant to cut some out even after watching the video on Occam’s Razor.
This is the most dangerous thing you can do and the biggest mistake you can make in this program—if we tell you to do something, just accept your belief is likely to be wrong.
Every time you go against our advice, realize that you’re being the scorpion—you’re hurting the frog (your business) due to an unconscious pattern that you don’t even realize you have.

Action → Every time you feel resistance to something, list out the BELIEF you have that is causing you to feel resistance. Then analyze if that belief is true or not. False beliefs are BY FAR the biggest thing that will hold you back from success.

How To Fail 😭
There are 4 ways to fail in this program:
Be slow → If you take 2 weeks to script one Facebook ad, you will fail. You need to move very quickly or you’re going to fail. You should feel extreme urgency to get things done.
Ignore Advice → If you just do whatever you want to despite us telling you otherwise, you’re guaranteed to fail. You will feel resistance to doing things we tell you. Take that as a sign that you need to change. The reason you’re at where you’re at right now is because your beliefs have led you to this point. You need new beliefs to go further.
Cut Corners → If you’re lazy and try to cut corners, you’re going to fail. Just bite the bullet and do the work. There have been so many times building this course that I wanted to cut corners BUT I knew that if I wanted to create something exceptional, I couldn’t do that.
Focus on the wrong things → If you spend all day coming up with stupid ideas for live events for your email list, you travel to Japan to go on a podcast, you create random low-ticket offers for your list, etc. etc. you will fail. You need to eliminate everything in your business that you can other than building & selling a high-ticket offer.
