VSL → Top Of Funnel (TOF) 📣 📸

Our first option with the VSL funnel is to retarget anyone who hit our opt-in page but didn’t opt-in and send them back to the opt-in page for a second try.

This strategy is a bit hit or miss so I would give it a try but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work. For our webinar, we got a good cost per lead (CPL) doing this, but they wouldn’t convert.

In terms of ad creatives, simply run your best cold traffic ads to this audience (you can also run the MOF ads that I show you below).

VSL → Middle Of Funnel (MOF) 📆 👈

Next up, we want to send people who opted-in to the VSL (or webinar) but didn’t book a call back to the booking page ****to get them to book a call.

This is an extremely effective strategy that can book you a lot of additional calls at a low cost, so I highly recommend testing these ads.

There’s 2 main ways you can do this:

  1. YouTube ads; and
  2. Google Display Network (GDN) ads

GDN ads are essentially banner ads that show up on websites that prospects are browsing. You can see an example of what these ads look like here. These websites basically sell their ad space to Google, and then Google sells it to you at a markup.
